Teaching yoga since 1990, drawing inspiration mainly from the tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga, India.
In 1999, I finished a four-year training at the Yokai Shiatsu Academy in Amsterdam and is a member of the Dutch Shiatsu associations V.I.S. and S.R.B.A.G. and have been working as a Shiatsu therapist ever since.
